The Community Features a Park and Beach Park With a Walk Out Pier. The Area is warm and inviting. Not a High End Or Low End Community, But One That is Clean, Safe, and Mid to Upper Middle Area. This is an older home that has been well maintained. This is NOT a high end home but one that is very comfortable and cozy. A new central Air conditioning and gas heating system was installed in February of 2019. We have include many pictures so that you can see exactly how the home is. It's a small two bedroom one bath home. The drive way is not completely concrete and has some gravel on it as well. The appliances and furniture our newer. The home interior was completely repainted in January 2019. The windows are older and not all of them work perfectly. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the neighborhood beach park an pier.
